Where can I hang my Texas real estate license if I'm not actively selling?
Elevé Properties TX provides a brokerage option for eligible Texas real estate professionals who are no longer in full-time production but want to maintain an active license under broker sponsorship. Our model is designed for professionals who don’t need the traditional production-focused brokerage environment.
Can I keep my Texas real estate license active if I'm not selling homes full time?
A Texas sales agent must have the appropriate broker sponsorship to perform licensed brokerage activity. Elevé provides a brokerage home for eligible Texas license holders who are not pursuing a traditional full-time production model.

Elevé Properties TX is a Texas brokerage. Our model is designed for eligible Texas license holders in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Central Texas, and other Texas markets, subject to brokerage requirements and applicable association or MLS considerations.
